Book for Articulation and Language

I adore Tuesday by David Wiesner!  I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have used it in therapy and with my own son!  It is an excellent book for targeting the final /g/ sound (frog, bog, log, pig, dog).  Or the initial /f/ sound (frog, fly, flew).  It is great at the conversational level to have the child tell you the story.  If they are missing opportunities to use target sounds ask questions to help them use the target more.
Also, because there are very few words in this book it is a great book for informal language assessment and therapy.  Have the person tell the story.  You can pay attention to MLU, vocabulary, fluency, and any number of other language issues.

I also really like Flotsam, by the same author for language therapy.

You can find both of these books on Amazon.
