About Me

I am a Speech Language Pathologist, wife, and mother.  I have worked in many settings with a variety of client populations.  I love being a speech therapist but am happy to be a "mostly stay at home mom" since having my son.  I continue to use and develop my skills as a Speech Language Pathologist working 6-8 hours a week at a clinic primarily with children and adolescents.

2004 Graduated from BYU with BS in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology
2008 Graduated from BYU with MS in Communication Disorders
2008 Started my first job as CFY at a Skilled Nursing Facility
2009 Started working part-time for a clinic associated with a hospital in a small town.  Worked in and out of the hospital providing care for adults, adolescents, and children.
2009  Started working part-time and later full-time at a school district  (initially in elementary school, later also working in the preschool)
2011 Started working full time at a skilled nursing facility
2012 Started working for a clinic (doing home health and working with preschool age children)
2013 I cont. to work at the clinic but have altered my primary population to children and adolescents.

I love being a therapist!  I love the huge variety of needs and people that I have gotten to help-and learn from!
